#1: Parking Permits for 25-26: On-sale dates and helpful reminders

Faculty and staff permits for 2025-26 are now available for purchase! Permits will be mailed beginning August 1. Current permits for 2024-25 expire August 31. More information.

#2:  Send in your VPF Summer Scrapbook submissions! 

We want to celebrate the moments and experiences that make summer special for each of us. All you need to do is snap a photo of your experiences (or recipes) and send them in with a short description. You can submit them three ways:

1. Completing this Microsoft Form
2. Emailing them to Lexi Gruber
3. Texting them to 540-231-8775. We will accept submissions through the end of August. 

#3:  August Donations for the Radford Animal Shelter

Throughout August, the division will be accepting donations supporting the Radford Animal Shelter, which was hit very hard by the flooding from Hurricane Helene in Fall 2024. Flooding destroyed the building and they've been able to survive with donations from the local community while maintaining their no-kill status.

Needed items include a variety of canine and feline food, heating pads, chew treats, and basic cleaning and household supplies. You can also view the shelter's Amazon wish list. If you have any questions, please reach out to Emma Ruby or Sara Stephens.
